Is Preservation Creek sold out?
No. Preservation Creek is a new master-planned community in development, with approximately 5,700 homes planned at full build-out. Builders release homes for sale and for rent in phases through 2026. Join the interest list for release updates.

Not yet. Model homes are under construction and no model home is open at this time. Imagination Homes, Kendall Homes and RiseWell Homes are opening models in phases through 2026. Tours are not yet available; scheduling will route to each builder once that builder's model opens.
